The Annexe

The Annexe is next door but one to the greenhouse.
It is an end of terrace house with living room, dining room, fully fitted kitchen, one double bedroom and one single/twin bedroom, bathroom with separate shower cubicle. The house was redecorated recently.

It can sleep 4 people and there is a double sofabed
in the living room to take a further two people, if necessary. Bed linen and towels are included.

There is a small garden to the rear. There is plenty of parking in the street outside.

The kitchen has a gas hob with electric oven, fridge, freezer, washing machine, microwave oven and electric kettle. There is a condenser boiler to heat the water and the central heating system. Each radiator has its own thermostat.

There is a TV in the living room with a Freeview Digibox. There is a TV in the double bedroom. Each bedroom has a clock radio and tea and coffee making facilities.

Self catering - £35.00 per person per night
(minimum of 2 persons)

Bed & Breakfast - £40.00 per person per night
(minimum of 2 persons)
Breakfast will be taken in the greenhouse
